The Operations Specialist (OS) is a role specifically designed to support a team of phone-based Lead Development Reps (LDRs) by ensuring that they have the data, tools and reporting necessary to maintain a high level of productivity.

The LDR Operations Specialist will be focused on (4) key categories of responsibility:

1) List-Loading for Call Campaigns

2) Load-Balancing

3) Ad-Hoc Reporting

4) Business Analysis

Responsibilities

- General – The LDR Operations Specialist (LOS) will align with local LDR Demand Gen teams. The primary function of this role is to support the day-to-day operations required by the LDR Team’s pre-sales efforts. This include the following Primary Responsibilities:
- List Loading and Lead Loading - The LOS will work closely with the regional Marketing Campaign Manager to load and distribute Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and call-lists for prescribed campaigns. This includes data formatting and assignment as required prior to uploading the list into the LDR Oracle On-Demand CRM POD.

- Identifying, preparing and distributing incoming marketing qualified leads to the appropriate LDR
- Monitoring LDR campaign record queues to ensure reps have healthy pipeline of outbound calls for the day/week/month
- Establishing weekly tactical schedule for outbound calling campaigns along with marketing counterparts
- Proactively prepare incremental records when needed
- Load Balancing - The LOS will monitor daily the current calling capacity on the LDR Team and redistribute both MQL’s (Marketing Qualified Leads) and other uploaded call-lists records according to capacity “supply and demand” (Example, if LDR A only has 20 leads in their territory and LDR B has 100, some of the 100 will be redistributed to LDR A)
- Ad-Hoc Reporting – The LOS will provide local reporting for the LDR Management team, both prescribed and ad-hoc as required. (Primary reporting responsibilities will lie with the centralized Sales Operations Reporting Team).
- Business Analysis – In addition to reporting, the LOS will analyze key trends and critical data points to assess campaign burn-rates, conversion rates, list quality, and other key areas aimed at increasing the efficiency and quality of the LDR Teams’ efforts.

Qualifications

- Advanced understanding of Excel 2007 including experience with macros, pivot tables, external data ranges, etc.
- Analytical skills – Data and statistical analysis as well as complex general business analysis with the ability to summarize and present findings
- Familiar with CRM applications.
- Prior experience with Inside Sales, Call-center operations, sales and marketing campaigns, and/or marketing demand generation.
- Creative problem-solving capability
- Proficient in designing reports / executive summaries
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous Financial background a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 Years minimum applicable business experience
