About the Role:
The position of Accounts Payable Coordinator includes completing all Accounts Payable functions as assigned in a timely and efficient manner; optimizing relationships with internal clients and vendors while sustaining internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in a high volume atmosphere
- Frequent communication with all levels of employee
- Research as needed
Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills & Education
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adept at problem resolution
- Must be detail oriented and very organized to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Must have a working knowledge of SAP 4.6 or higher
- 2-4 years in full life cycle Accounts Payable
- High school degree or equivalent
