About the Role:


The Business Development Manager will be responsible for Business Development initiatives between McAfee and Strategic partnerships. The Business Development Manager will drive go-to-market engagement between McAfee and its partners, focusing on opportunity identification, sales engagement, activity planning and execution, and achievement of pipeline and bookings goals. In addition, the Business Development Manager will work closely with the McAfee Sales organization to assist with pipeline creation, sales strategies, and opportunity development to assist the Sales organization in retiring their quota. The Business Development Manager will have overall partner management responsibility for Intel/McAfee relationship, including contract negotiation and renewals, and will work closely with other team members to coordinate technical and marketing engagement.

Qualifications

Required Experience/Skills & Education:

-
Eight plus years of experience in full lifecycle Business Development – security software or network security space is preferred

Strong experience in technology sales and/or marketing

-
Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM tools

-
Able to articulate vision, solutions and concepts to C level customers.

Achievement and Results driven with ability to build and maintain relationships
