Location: Plano, TX
About the Role:
This Business Systems Analyst will analyze complex business problems and current global business practices to determine necessary enhancements to current CRM systems, supporting both internal and external users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand common business processes to support Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical Support organizations.
- Monitor activities for several technology-based system and integration projects from initiation to delivery. Projects may cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines.
- Work with cross-functional teams consisting of PMO, Risk management, Operations, System Developers, QA, UAT, Help Desk, and Business Subject Matter Experts.
Qualifications
Required Experience/Skills & Education:
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or other technical discipline
- Experience required working with business units worldwide.
- Experience organizing highly complex activities for the development, implementation, and maintenance of projects.
- 5 years experience in development and maintenance of effective procedures to collect problem reports, enhancement requests, and strategic objectives for IT and Business process plans.
- Collect and communicate priorities for resolving issues presented.
- Documented experience in handling multiple projects.
- Experience documenting complex business processes.
- 5 years experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- 5 years experience in the following areas:
- MS-Project
- SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) experience
- Knowledge of Siebel CRM version 7.8 or greater.
- Knowledge of Oracle CRM OnDemand or similar SaaS based CRM system
- Experience participating in multi-site, global implementations.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record working with business users identifying needs, documenting requirements and processes.
- Innovative thinker who can recommend system solutions to meet challenging business problems.
